When I saw the stacked layout on the product page, I was convinced this would be a fun piece for my living room/entry. I love the texture of the pencil and the play between the quiet and crashing waves. My only caution would be to zoom in heavily on the frame and make sure you're okay with a more rustic look there. Attaching a detail of the frame to help others decide.
