Care:

• Hand wash only.
• Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
• You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on the ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
• Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled.
