I was so excited for this basket, I ordered small and medium. They arrived and is not at all how it is pictured. The color is not the beautiful caramel tan as pictured, it is bright and nearly white. To make it worse, I am being charged $20 for return shipping because of the disclaimer that the product can have variance in color.
