I ordered 6. First shipment, 4 plates were broken. Nowhere on the box is marked fragile or breakable. I contacted customer support. Next shipment of 4 plates, all broken. Customer support sends me 4 MORE of the WRONG plates. I’m currently waiting on the FOURTH shipment. No one has contacted me other than email. Let’s see what happens.
