The shipment received had the vase well packed but unfortunately the vase still was received broken. I contacted customer service the same day sending them a picture of the broken vase as I unpacked it. They responded right away a new vase was shipped the next day. Customer service was great!
The vase is very pretty and is a good size between small and large. My only concern, do I use it in my family room on a bench that is used as a coffee table or place it on a small gold wall shelf where the size is perfect! I’m still deciding….
