• Construction Explanation: A handwoven rug is braided or woven directly on a loom, which produces a flat or low-profile rug. Handwoven rugs are durable and long wearing. Because they don’t have a backing, flat-weave, handwoven rugs are reversible which can extend their life by rotating and flipping. These rugs are crafted by artisans, so no two rugs are alike.

• To maintain your Indoor/Outdoor rug, we recommend regular vacuuming on a low setting to remove dirt and debris and to avoid exposing the rug to heavy rain or standing water. If wet, dry the rug flat in sunlight. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth and only use rug cleaning agents that are safe on synthetic fibers. Make sure the rug is thoroughly dry on both sides before placing it back in its location. Do not keep the rug outside during inclement weather months, such as winter.

• Please note the following: All rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized lighting which is non-returnable. All vintage items, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, and items ending in $0.99 are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
