• Material explanation: Our indoor/outdoor rugs are woven using polypropylene (PET), made from recycled plastic bottles, and are made to resist fading, mold and mildew. PET fibers are highly durable, making the perfect construction for a high-traffic area rug or indoor/outdoor rug.
• Construction explanation: A handwoven rug is braided or woven directly on a loom, which produces a flat or low-profile rug. Handwoven rugs are durable and long wearing. Because they don’t have a backing, flat-weave, handwoven rugs are reversible which can extend their life by rotating and flipping. These rugs are crafted by artisans, so no two rugs are alike.

• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Only use professional cleaning agents for rugs that are safe on synthetic fibers. To remove dirt and debris, vacuum regularly on a low-power setting. Clip loose ends with scissors to remove. Avoid exposure to heavy rain or standing water. If wet, dry flat in sunlight. Make sure the rug is thoroughly dry back and face before putting it back in its location. Do not keep rug outside during inclement weather months, such as winter.

• Please note the following: All rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized lighting which is non-returnable. All vintage items, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, and items ending in $0.99 are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
