Hand-knotted with a pretty tonal palette, the Anya Neutral Hand-Knotted Wool Rug is constructed with durability in mind. Crafted from 100% wool, this rug not only anchors your space in comfort, but is great in high traffic areas. Its neutral hues add warmth to your home, while blending seamlessly with existing design.

• Material Explanation: Wool is an all-natural fiber made from the protective coats of sheep. Rugs made from wool are durable, yet soft and luxurious underfoot. Wool offers natural stain resistance, making these rugs easy to clean. Some shedding is to be expected but will decrease over time.

• Construction Explanation: A hand-knotted rug is made on a large loom where a master weaver carefully and intricately ties each knot by hand, making an incredibly durable rug. The more knots per square inch delivers a more defined pattern and enhanced durability. Hand-knotted rugs do not have a backing and can last for years if cared for properly. Because they are crafted by artisans, no two hand-knotted rugs are alike.

Care:

• Wool will maintain its looks over time with regular vacuuming only. Be sure to turn the beater bar setting off on your vacuum. If loose ends appear on the rug, you can clip them with scissors to remove. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth and use a common wool cleaning detergent to remove stains. For substantial spills and stains, we suggest professional cleaning only. Rugs placed in direct sunlight will fade over time, so we recommend rotating your rug periodically.
