When we received this wreath and there was an entire section with obviously very sparse greenery. McGee & Co made an exchange for a replacement easy. The replacement wreath is lovely but not as full as the one pictured on the Website. We almost returned the replacement wreath when we realized there is no timer for the lights even though the "additional details" tab says there is a timer. As another reviewer noted this wreath is much larger than the 20" stated. It's roughly 30" across. If you like the size and don't mind the lack of timer, it's a lovely wreath with a realistic appearance.
