Yes! We highly recommend ordering a swatch before selecting your outdoor fabric. While our Outdoor performance fabrics are designed to withstand the elements, slight dye lot variations may occur. Lighting conditions, photography, and monitor settings can also affect how a color appears. Reviewing a swatch in your outdoor space ensures the best selection for your home.

Our outdoor fabrics are crafted from high-performance materials designed to resist fading, moisture, and mildew. While they are made for outdoor living, we recommend using furniture covers and storing cushions during extreme weather to help extend the life of your piece.

Lead times for Outdoor Made to Order pieces typically range from 4-6 weeks. Before placing your order, please verify its accuracy and review the lead time displayed on the product page beneath the Add to Cart button. 

Please note, your Outdoor frame may arrive ahead of your cushions through our White Glove Delivery team. While we are aiming for cushions to be delivered in conjunction with the frames, these are custom made and are shipped separately via FedEx.  

In rare cases, backorders may impact production timelines. If this occurs, our team will promptly notify you of any changes to your anticipated delivery date. 

Care instructions specific to your piece can be found on the product detail page and within our Fabric Care Guide. We recommend routine cleaning with mild soap and water, storing cushions when not in use, and covering furniture during harsh weather conditions to preserve its beauty and longevity.

Outdoor Made to Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Modifications and cancellations are permitted within 24 hours from the time of order receipt. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at support@mcgeeandco.com

Once your custom outdoor piece is complete and ready to ship, your designated method of payment will be charged. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select Affirm, our pay-over-time partner. Once approved, you’ll manage your installment payments directly through the Affirm app or online at Affirm.com.

Your Outdoor Made to Order piece will ship via a delivery agent local to your area. Once your item is in transit, you will be contacted to schedule your delivery. Please note, your Outdoor frame may arrive ahead of your cushions through our White Glove Delivery team. While we are aiming for cushions to be delivered in conjunction with the frames, these are custom made and are shipped separately via FedEx.  (this is duplicative of above - feel free to adjust as needed!) Cushions will be sent separately and will need to be unboxed and placed on your frame.  

Shipping typically requires approximately 4–6 weeks after your piece is complete.

Yes. You must be present to allow for white glove delivery into your home and to provide a signature upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, please notate it at the time of delivery on the delivery agent’s Proof of Delivery form. Then promptly contact our Customer Experience team at support@mcgeeandco.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
