- Please note the following: All rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized lighting which is non-returnable. - Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.

The bed is fine. It was back ordered and I only received updates when I contacted McGee and Co.
When we finally got notice the bed had shipped, we received the wrong tracking info, waited a week and again only were told the info was wrong, after I reached out. Bed shipped, took nearly three weeks for the delivery company to contact us. We never received a notification call or text before they came. A young adult child was home when they arrived. Delivery people didn’t assemble the bed and left yards and yards of packing in our house. Terrible experience.
