I was so disappointed when this bath mat came because it just looks like a shaggy cream mat. The checkered pattern as shown on the site is barely noticeable.

I always love everything from McGee, but I was a tad disappointed on this item. You can’t really see the pattern and it’s not very soft underfoot. I bought one at Homegoods that was plushier - so I would rate a 2 based on the higher price at McGee.
