I ordered the Kya Seagrass Box in the small and medium sizes. Upon arrival to my home, the seagrass box (in the small size) was coming undone. Customer service was wonderful and sent me a new small box. Unfortunately, that one too arrived damaged (2-3 inch size seagrass pieces were already undone and lying in the base of the box). Again, customer service was helpful. I initially had thought the medium size arrived perfectly and would last. Within two weeks, the seagrass weave (smaller 2-3 inch pieces) on the medium size box were coming undone leaving holes in the box and little to be desired. These boxes are beautiful to look at but unfortunately not made to last. I love McGee and Company products but this one did not hit the mark for me. I would not recommend this product but I did give it 2 stars for the beauty of the boxes. However, it deserved no more (in my opinion) due to the quality.
